Fitness Program (31 days left- LAW #6 Go Slowly).
Well, things are going well. The tracking is helpful. I need to fine tune and plan out some of my working out according to the caloric intake. I am still fine tuning and waiting for the upcoming "30 days left" so I can have a 30 day workout streak for the rest of this experience. At this point I am thinking more about strategies to combat heavy snacking, munchies, caffeine crashes, fatigue, skipping workouts or having too many distractions.
