Feel yourself expand,

Each time you inhale,

And notice any conflict.  

PAUSE

Stay with your breath,

As it flows through your nose,

See if you can increase its reach. 

Imagine each breath,

Is salve for your mind, 

Calm and peace unleash. 

PAUSE

Open and slow, 

Ease into flow. 

Expand as you breathe,

Dissolve it with ease.
