Race goals too high, or maybe to low? How do you handle the ups and downs of a very long day. Never believe how you feel, for one. Practice getting through certain feelings. If you're going to obsess about certain things, make sure they are the right things. Just like life, races can go up and down. Live in the gray. Figure out a way.
