Her most valued investments have been in therapy and supervision, which she considers essential for an ethical and rigorous practice. Maddie's biggest current challenge is launching her long-overdue website, which she sees as an important step in clarifying her brand.
Her advice for new coaches is to establish rigor in their practice through training and supervision and to find a strong community of fellow coaches to combat the loneliness of self-employment.
