Montauk MKUltra and The Real Stranger Things with Chris Laterreur
Chris Laterreur was born in Canada in 1975 and, from a young age, was subjected to a covert government program involving psychological experimentation, trauma-based mind control, and black-ops military training which was Known as MKULTRA, and was run by agencies like the CIA, Canadian intelligence, and military contractors.
At age 6, Chris was recruited into Project MONARCH, which used children for dissociative identity programming, psychic testing, and super-soldier training. Chris encountered figures such as Dr. Green (of Operation Paperclip), Dr. John Gittinger, and General Michael Aquino, with programming carried out at the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal.
Chris was assigned the alias “Duncan Cameron” for black site missions, including those at Camp Hero in Montauk, NY and his training involved extreme trauma, ritual abuse, and experiments with astral projection and the Montauk Chair—particularly during the August 12, 1983 temporal experiment.
Chris has witnessed horrific events involving other children and endured lasting effects, including memory fragmentation, harassment, incarceration, and attempts on his life.
This story Chris believes has been hijacked by television writers and rebranded as what we now know to be the popular Netflix Series, Stranger Things. Chris has written a book about it and this is what we are discussing today.
