This may only be the start of Trump using the National Guard. According to the Washington Post, there is a Pentagon plan that would create a military ‘reaction force’ for civil unrest. In the case of massive protests, documents suggest a plan to have hundreds of National Guard troops ready at any given time. We'll share the details.
