I don't think breakfast should take longer than 5-10 minutes to prep...but I also don't think breakfast should come out of a wrapper (at least most of the time)😬.

In this episode you can steal my favourite go-to breakfasts that will have you out the door on time, keep you or kids full until at least lunch time, help you start off your day with some actual nutrition, plus you won't have to clean the damn kitchen again... (at least until later😜🙄!!)
