I talk about my own journey of times when I was most or least consistent, what I noticed with depression and insomnia in those times, and what I noticed about my energy, focus, and mood as well as just general intellectual abilities. How I am doing with tracking meals, eating healthier ingredients, deciding about which fitness routines to use for caloric deficits versus caloric surpluses.
