President taking federal control of Washington DC.  He has the authority but is very limited in time.  China wants to buy Nvidia chips but it worried we will spy on them and China doesn't want to be reliant on a foreign supplier.  Plus President Trump said okay but Nvidia has to pay an export tariff of 15%.  The Epstein story is fading fast.
