Just a few of the unbelievable crime stories in this weeks Small Town Crime Wave.
August 3rd - City of New Glarius
A yellow airplane was "flying in circles" over a nearby farm, possibly "casing the place." An officer advised that it was just the local crop duster, who does this several times a year.
August 3rd - City of Mayville
A suspicious car was slowly pulling in and out of several different parking stalls at a business. This turned out to be a new driver and a parent practicing parking
August 3rd - City of Janesville
Several people reported that an intoxicated naked male on a bicycle was riding in circles at Lions Beach. He kept shouting that "his freedoms were being violated" if he was not allowed to do that.
