Helene Monast was murdered on September 10, 1977 in Chambly park, in Chambly, Quebec, Canada. Her body would be found the following morning.

Lison Blais was last seen in the early morning hours of June 4, 1978, when she left le Bar Chez Philippe on St-Laurent boulevard in Montreal around 3:25 am. Later that morning, she would be found the alleyway behind her home off Christophe Colomb Street in Montreal sexually assaulted, strangled and murdered.
