Desire, Deception, and the Death of a Dream
Description
What happens when desire overrides wisdom? In this episode of The Wisdom Calling Podcast, we explore one of the most sobering moments in David’s life—his sin with Bathsheba, the attempted cover-up, and the devastating consequences that followed.
We trace the ancient pattern of sin—see, covet, take—from Eden to David, and into our modern lives. But we also witness a turning point: the mercy of God amid judgment, and the first signs of restoration through the birth of Solomon.
Whether you’re battling temptation, wrestling with guilt, or walking with someone in the fallout of bad choices—this episode will point you back to truth, repentance, and hope.
