El: Στο ζεστό καλοκαίρι της Αθήνας, η σχολική εκδρομή στο Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης είχε ξεκινήσει με ενθουσιασμό.
En: During the hot summer in Athína, the school trip to the Mouseío tis Akrópolis began with excitement.
El: Οι μαθητές περπατούσαν ανάμεσα στα αγάλματα και τις αρχαίες θησαυροί, μαγεμένοι από την ιστορία που ανέπνεαν τα εκθέματα.
En: The students walked among the statues and ancient treasures, enchanted by the history that the exhibits breathed.
El: Ανάμεσα στους μαθητές βρισκόταν ο Νίκος, ένα δεκατετράχρονο αγόρι με μεγάλη φαντασία και κρυφή αγάπη για την ιστορία.
En: Among the students was Níkos, a fourteen-year-old boy with a great imagination and a secret love for history.

En: He looked around and, considering that no one was monitoring him closely, he ventured into a corridor with fewer people.
El: Κάποιες στιγμές αργότερα, μπροστά του, ξεπρόβαλε η χρυσή μάσκα.
En: Moments later, in front of him, the golden mask appeared.
El: Ήταν εκεί, λαμπρή και εντυπωσιακή, όπως την είχε φανταστεί.
En: It was there, brilliant and impressive, just as he had imagined.
El: Όμως, η χαρά του δεν κράτησε πολύ.
En: But his joy didn't last long.
