Evening Edition: California Congressman Wants To Stop Nationwide Redistricting War

What began in Texas with Democrat state lawmakers fleeing Austin to cities like Chicago and Boston to avoid a vote to change their redistricting map has turned into a country-wide redistricting war. A California Congressman says he has the answer on redistricting and has proposed a bill to end the argument.

FOX's Ryan Schmelz speaks with California Congressman Kevin Kiley (R) who has introduced a bill that would codify that redistricting in states only happens once every 10 years.
