Jon opens up about his mental health experience, being diagnosed with anxiety and OCD in 2014, how he has become a supporter of mental health awareness, how the Christian church can better handle the issue of mental health and his book Finding Rest: A Survivor’s Guide to Navigating the Valleys of Anxiety, Faith, and Life. Scott also looks at the NFL playoff games this past weekend and reacts to CJ Stroud’s postgame interview and how even in defeat he still gave thanks to God. Scott also looks at John and Jim Harbaugh and how they also remain strong in their faith when speak to the media and how John Harbaugh quoted referenced a Bible Verse from 1 Chronicles 29:11 during his post game press conference after the Baltimore Raven's game on Saturday.
