Rukiyyah is a dedicated Wellness Director whose journey began with health coaching, personal training, and teaching yoga. Her work centers around the powerful connection between physical and mental health, with a strong emphasis on nutrition and self-management.
As someone living with type 1 diabetes, Rukiyyah brings both personal experience and professional insight to her work. With a family history of type 1 on both sides and a former career as a teacher advocating for students with diabetes, her perspective on chronic condition management is both unique and deeply rooted.
Her ultimate goal is to become a clinician specializing in chronic condition care, helping others live healthier, fuller lives despite the challenges they face.
