Dr. Leeda Rashid, MD, MPH, is a current Hospitalist with Almeda Health System in California and former Senior physician at the FDA’s Digital Health Center of Excellence within the Center for Devices and Radiological Health. With a career spanning clinical care, AI-driven healthcare innovation, and global health advocacy, she has worked with startups to develop digital health and clinical decision support tools, advised international agencies delivering health tech solutions to underserved populations, and continues to practice as a hospitalist serving marginalized communities. A graduate of Oregon Health & Science University and the Harvard School of Public Health, Dr. Rashid brings a systems-level view of healthcare and a passion for using digital health to improve access and quality for all patients.
