Starting today, you’ll get an extra hour of daylight in the evening, which a lot of people like, especially here in Seattle. But scientists say springing forward is bad for our health. Science journalist Lynne Peeples says the debate over daylight saving time misses the point, and it's more important to make our work days flexible to our individual body clocks.
