2024 September 19 - The Dark Seahorse in Cepheus

Published 1 year, 5 months ago
Description

In today's image, we see the dusty area in the sky in the constellation of Cepheus. You may recognize the shape, which somewhat resembles a seahorse. The dust, when it is dense enough can block out all light from behind it, keeping some stars hidden from our view.
