Description
A Way in the Wilderness: The Lord will Provide (Part 3)
By Pastor and Mrs Chifamba
Philippians 4:19 NKJV
“And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
NEVER DOUBT GOD’S ABILITY TO SPREAD A TABLE IN THE WILDERNESS
Mark 6:35-37
And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came unto him, and said, This is a desert place, and now the time is far passed: 36Send them away, that they may go into the country round about, and into the villages, and buy themselves bread: for they have nothing to eat. 37He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat?
Psalms 78:19 NIV
“They spoke against God; they said, “Can God really spread a table in the wilderness?”
Luke 18:27
And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
Jeremiah 32:26-27
Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying, 27Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
Mark 6:38-44
He saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? go and see. And when they knew, they say, Five, and two fishes. 39And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass. 40And they sat down in ranks, by hundreds, and by fifties. 41And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided he among them all. 42And they did all eat, and were filled. 43And they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments, and of the fishes. 44And they that did eat of the loaves were about five thousand men.
WHEN GOD SPREADS A TABLE IN THE WILDERNESS DO NOT BE WASTEFUL, GATHER UP THE FRAGMENTS AND BLESS THOSE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN BLESSED LIKE YOU!
John 6:12
When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
The lessons of Jesus Christ are to be carried into every phase of practical life. Economy is to be practiced in all things. Gather up the fragments, that nothing be lost. There is a religion that does not touch the heart and therefore becomes a form of words. It is not brought into practical life. Religious duty and the highest human prudence in business lines must be co-mingled. – {Adventist Home p. 381.2}
STOP WORRYING AND START PRAYING 🙏 TO THE ONE WHO FEEDS THE BIRDS 🦅 OF THE AIR! HE WHO FEEDS THE UNCLEAN RAVENS WILL HE NOT PROVIDE FOR YOU?
Job 38:41 NKJV
“Who provides food for the raven, When its young ones cry to God, And wander about for lack of food?”
Psalm 145:15-19
The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. 16Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing. 17The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works…
Luke 12:22, 24-31 NKJV
“Then He said to His disciples, “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds? And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much
