Well, I am not just a life coach, I'm an Empowerment Coach and I serve Daughters of Narcissistic Mothers!I help them empower themselves to find the joy that was lost in their childhood and release their trauma.I help them rediscover who they are without having to play the role of the victim anymore. I want to see women who have spent their lives hiding from their own potential, be empowered to take back control and create a life they can be unapologetically happy living. I want to see all the dreams of these women, which were crushed by their mother’s abuse, come alive and be a reality. Their fear and limiting beliefs are left behind in the past as a story and lesson in life but now is not the narrative they live by.Daughters of Narcissistic Mothers will have the strength and self-worth to not be overshadowed by their pain but use it to push forward and break the insidious cycle of abuse!!
