Life can definately have some unexpected twists. Those twists or blowouts can be a time to notice our thoughts and feelings inside our bodies. We can notice them with gentle awareness. It takes practice though. In this episode, I use my multiple events of being stuck on the side of the road to share how we can watch our thoughts and not let them carry us away. I hope this helps.
