Officials say a suspected shooter inside a Manhattan office building has been neutralized. A law enforcement official tells CNN that 4 people are dead including an NYPD officer on the scene. Multiple law enforcement officers tell CNN the shooter was found dead inside the building with what officials believe to be a self-inflicted injury.
