Two big bills focusing on mental health passed in the legislature last month, aiming to reform our state’s civil commitment process and expand mental health treatment facilities. Today, we’re revisiting a conversation with KOIN investigative reporter Elise Haas about what the new legislation will do, and why some still oppose it.
