Listen in as Vance and Jen discuss one of their past projects that saved a mother and daughter from losing their home to foreclosure. There were several firsts during this project including allowing the buyers to stay an extra 30 days and the removal of some special leftover items, including a handgun! You know it's a great episode when we have these two on together!
Vance grew up in Beaufort, NC. He graduated from Appalachian State University, with a degree in Accounting. He has more than 20 years of experience, mostly in manufacturing, with progressive levels of experience, up to a director level.
Vance and his wife, Jen, started renovating homes in 2017, after establishing their business, Jolific Homes. This led to Vance getting his real estate license, and later, his General Contractor's license. When not counting beans or rehabbing, Vance is an avid hockey fan and supporter of the Carolina Hurricanes.
