Dr. Rober Shiepe is an independent UFO researcher based out of Marina Del Ray, California. It was about 20-years ago when he started capturing strange objects that looked like what he calls 'dragonflies' around helicopters and airplanes flying over, especially military aircraft. He's seen these objects, which he projects to be less than a foot long, through his cameras that he monitors daily.
