Sl: Plavala je steklenica.

Sl: "Tukaj je zemljevid," je rekla Maja in s prstom sledila črti na papirju.
En: "Here's a map," Maja said, tracing a line on the paper with her finger.

Sl: "Morda so to le stare čačke," je rekel Luka, a v očeh mu je bil opazen majhen iskrič domišljije.
En: "Maybe it's just old doodles," Luka said, but there was a spark of imagination in his eyes.

Sl: Maja pa ni mogla odnehati.
En: Maja, however, couldn't let it go.

Sl: V istem trenutku je začutila potrebo, da sledi tem čudnim znakom.
En: At that moment, she felt the need to follow these strange signs.

Sl: Kako zanimiva skrivnost, je pomislila.
En: What an intriguing mystery, she thought.

Sl: Čas je bil omejen.

Sl: Maja je vedela, da imata le nekaj dni na razpolago.
En: Maja knew they had only a few days available.

Sl: "Poskusiva," je rekla odločno.

Sl: "Sledila bom temu zemljevidu.
En: "I'll follow this map."

Sl: "Luka je okleval, a nato vzdihnil.
En: Luka hesitated, but then sighed.

Sl: "Zate," se je nasmehnil, "bom šel.
En: "For you," he smiled, "I'll go."

Sl: "Sledila sta zemljevidu po ozkih poteh skozi gozdove okoli jezera.
En: They followed the map along narrow paths through the forests around the lake.

Sl: Vzdušje ju je vodilo do zapuščenih vrat v hribu, skritih za gosto listje.
En: The atmosphere led them to abandoned doors in a hill, hidden behind dense foliage.

Sl: "Je to tukaj?
