We need love, kindness and compassion to effect change. Call that emotional intelligence if you will but our intellect is just simply not enough. That only speaks to the ego and its many cohorts, we need dialogue from heart to heart.

Where else, pray are we going to find the truth of any matter, where else are we going to find ways to evolve that are in the best interests of all?
