We basically teach people how to treat us by what we tolerate, so either you wake up to your value or they do. If they don’t it’s time to let go.

This starts with learning your worth. Know the difference between what you're getting and what you deserve. If you don't learn your value then you look to others for it and you may end up with less than you are worthy of.

If someone treats you like an option, help them narrow their choices and remove yourself from the equation. Sometimes you don't mean as much as you think to someone that means so much to you. But if you let them continue to devalue you it will effect your self-esteem, it will effect how you see yourself.

Everything becomes very simple when you decide not to settle for less than what you know you are worth.
