Section 3 Treason
Clause 1 Meaning
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
So, if a said person in the U.S. government abuses his / her power by usurping the elected President of the United States of America… is this not an act of treason against the People? Is insurrection treason? OR is all that has happened thrown our governance into a Constitutional Crisis? The “experts” say no, BUT I say yes!
Like an alcoholic must take responsibility, so must we America…. So must we… .BUT like an alcoholic it is up to us, America, to “get off” the government feeding trough… and feel the freedom that real independence brings.
