Some thoughts on a Kazuo Inamori quote that's been on my mind lately. He said that work without any reaction is work that doesn't make waves - and I've been wondering what that really means. Is facing resistance actually a good sign? From my own experiences swimming and starting new projects, I've noticed that the pushback we sometimes feel might just mean we're trying to move forward. Just some personal reflections on why playing it safe might be the riskiest move of all.
