So many people do not have a conversant relationship with God because they don't know how to talk to Him. Actually they would say they don't know how to pray.

I heard someone say on a TV show they didn't know any prayers and the other person said I know a prayer I was taught. That is not really what God is looking for. He is not looking for memorized phrases, He is looking for convrersation. Think of Prayer as talking, talking to God for that is what it is.

Once you are relaxed in this area, you will learn prayer is not something to fear or to think you will fail in. It's just talking to God.
