Material possession. The thing that has plagued society since creation. Satan himself desired riches. Cain killed Abel because of jealousy. What do we do with our innate desire to store up material treasure on this earth? Jesus directly confronts the material-based mindset in the Sermon on the Mount (Matt. 6:19-24).
