Marti Cifuentes handed minutes to five teenagers at QPR last season. At his previous club, Hammarby in Sweden, he took the average age of the starting line-up from the 10th youngest to the second youngest in the division. He arrives at Leicester City, then, with a reputation for showing faith in up-and-coming players. Against OH Leuven last weekend, 12 of the 33 players used by City have never made a league start for the club. We take a look at their chances of clinching a place in Cifuentes’ squad this season.
