Ernest served as a U.S. Army infantryman from 2000–2004 before spending nearly a decade as an overseas contractor. After experiencing firsthand the performance and wellness challenges faced by service members and contractors, he founded Transcend Company in 2020. In 2022, he launched the Transcend Foundation, where he now serves as President of the Board.
