Season 3 Episode 137 Published 7 months, 3 weeks ago
Description
New South Wales have a player and coach development problem.

Despite the Blues having far more resources available them, Queensland have been the dominant football state in the 21st century when measuring it by the ultimate test of strength; Origin.

The way juniors and junior coaches are selected and managed creates robotic players and many limited and one-dimensional coaches.

If it wasn’t for the Penrith development system, James Tedesco and the Trbojevic family, it’s hard to imagine where the Blues would be since the year 2001.
