I had no idea how bad Rank Makers was until I spoke to Julie Anderson. That chat lead me down a path uncovering shocking behavior and even scarier experiences from even more people, including Jennifer Rajala. It wasn't until I put out a call to action asking for testimonials that Ray's victims poured forth. I had so many submissions, I decided to organize them by the BITE Model, juxtaposing them with Ray's own thoughts and opinions.
