When it's gone, it is gone. We are in first Peter four seven through 11 and Peter says, but the end of all things is at hand. He's talking about time. The end of all things is at hand. And then he says, therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. Peter is talking about being sober, having discernment, being spiritually intelligent. Be serious and watchful in your prayers. Then Peter says, above all things, above all things. Have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sin. Peter is talking about being intentional in your love for others because love covers a multitude of sin.
