Luca shares that from a young age, he was driven to work, starting with small jobs like washing dishes in an Italian restaurant and selling pumpkins at the age of eight.
He started a food truck business at the ripe old age of 12. Initially selling packaged snacks at a local skate park, he later transitioned to a full-fledged food truck operation. He shares how he saved money and learned valuable lessons about running a business, including the importance of keeping things simple and managing staff effectively.
He purchased his first property at 19. Luca found a five-bedroom townhouse in Newcastle. He purchased it for $595,500 and quickly realised the potential for rental income, renting it out for $1,400 a week.
Luca's upbringing and the importance of surrounding yourself with the right individuals catapulted his mindset from a simple teenager to one that is insanely driven to make a name for himself.
