Our speaker is Richard Overy who is the leading WW2 air force historian. Richard is the author of a new book entitled Rain of Ruin: Tokyo, Hiroshima, and the Surrender of Japan. I want to discuss with Richard the moral and military issues related to dropping the nuclear bomb and firebombing Tokyo.
