Logan Federico was a beautiful 22-year-old who hoped to become a teacher and a mother. In May, she was visiting friends in Columbia, South Carolina when a man broke into the home where she was staying and shot her. Alexander Dickey is accused of the burglary and killing Logan. Now questions have been raised about why Dickey was out on the street since he had several arrests for prior burglaries.
