A new American record for Rudy Winkler in the Hammer for a DL Record and WL, he's number 18 on the all-time world list now. Camryn Rogers Broker her own Canadian Hammer Record in a field that had 6 of the best 8 women to ever compete in the event. Oh yeah and Mykalos and Val both threw the discus over 70meters.
