What have you been believing in?

I'm guilty of believing in superfoods.

I'm always googling,

like if I'm eating something particularly healthy,

I like to Google and read about studies that have been done on what it can prevent or what it can strengthen.

And I catch myself in the midst of that old pattern of behavior and laugh at myself,

but I still find myself doing it as if it's the carrots,

or the celery,

or the seeded grapes...

It's God, 

appearing as those things.

And you still eat those things.

You still eat good,

you still eat God--

that's Communion.

You're aware that the substance of those grapes is him.

Is IT.

Is the I am that You are,

nourishing yourself with your Self. 

Right now You're writing to yourself.
