Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🥃 Hot Honey Strawberry Bourbon Smash
Recipe: The G and M Kitchen
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 3 fresh sliced strawberries
- 1/2 ounce hot honey
- 2 basil leaves
Instructions: Add the sliced strawberries and two basil leaves to a rocks glass. Top with 1/4–1/2 ounce of hot honey. Thoroughly muddle so that the strawberries are almost all liquid. Top with 1 1/2 ounces bourbon and ice and stir well. Stir thoroughly so that the muddled strawberries are well distributed and do not stay at the bottom of the glass. Garnish with fresh strawberries and more basil.
