Gather round, it's story time.

I recently had an encounter with a potential client, that a few years ago would have completely broken me. Right in the middle of a carefully crafted presentation, she pointed out one of my biggest insecurities. I got off that call convinced the opportunity was DEAD (spoiler alert: it's not). But here's the kicker—much to my own surprise, I felt totally okay with it.

That sense of calm certainty, of knowing I was just fine with or without her approval, felt like a powerful confirmation of how far I've come. Of the self-trust I've built.

These are the moments. Small on the surface, but monumental underneath, that can either break us or make us.
