Let’s get straight to it: energy drinks, sodas, even so-called “zero calorie” beverages — they’re not helping you. They’re hurting you. These drinks are sugar bombs or chemical cocktails. They spike your blood sugar, disrupt your hormones, and are linked to diabetes, dementia, and chronic disease.

Even the ones that claim “no sugar” or “no calories” are loaded with dangerous chemicals that your body doesn’t recognize. These are not fuel — they’re fire to your health.

Drink water.

Water hydrates your brain. It nourishes your body. It supports your energy, your clarity, your health.

If you don’t like water — learn to like it. Your body is made of over 85% water. Loving water is loving yourself. And when you start loving yourself, you start living longer.
