66: Rebuilding Your Routine: Returning Back to Myself After Maternity Leave

Published 1 year, 3 months ago
Description

"Choosing you is never selfish"

I am getting personal and sharing the details of my transition back to work from maternity leave including all the emotions tied to it and how I am attempting to get back into a consistent routine. When I say routine, I mean my health and wellness habits that I was consistently incorporating into my days prior to Augie joining our family. I share some of my reflections on motherhood, identity shifts, and personal growth. I also encourage listeners to find balance between all the roles they carry while navigating major life changes.  I share the nature of how our routines evolve and why self-care isn't just important--it's essential.

Whether you're a new mom, navigating your own season of transition, or simply working to reconnect with yourself, this episode is an invitation to embrace flexibility, honor your changing identity, and remember: choosing yourself is not selfish--it's necessary.
