After all, when we drown out the noise and clutter, we have time to focus on what truly matters - and what could be more important than the healthy and safety of our children and grandchildren?

We welcome Kristen A. Jenson, author of the book Good Pictures, Bad Pictures - a children's book designed to promote conversation with our kids about X-rated content they may be exposed to on the internet. She helps us learn why being proactive with these conversations is important, what age to begin these talks, how to help our kids make a plan, and what to do if our kids have already been exposed to things they shouldn't have seen.

I hope this episode is not only informative, but empowering. I feel *less* scared for my children - not more anxious - after gaining the tools I need to tackle this common struggle head on, and I hope you leave this episode feeling more confident, too.
