Texas floods kill dozens; Carney addresses Alberta's concerns

In Central Texas, a search and rescue operation is underway as crews scour the swollen Guadalupe River for more than two dozen missing individuals, swept away by severe flooding, including 20 girls from Camp Mystic. The disaster has resulted in at least 32 fatalities, including 14 children.
