Patrick O’Donnell knows these streets well. Born to Irish immigrant parents in Chicago, O’Donnell served for 25 years in the Milwaukee Police Department. “I’ve been on the scene of everything you can imagine, from homicides to sexual assaults and robberies,” he shares. “When I was still in field training, I arrested a suspect at gunpoint during a stabbing investigation.
